Designed to open and close distribution power lines, when a blackout has occurred by measuring the electric current, voltage and electricity flow in power lines by installing Feeder RTUs. The feeder RTU’s monitor load electricity and if a problem is detected, it relays the power line status to the main unit and in turn to minimize the accident, prompts the opening of the power line at the location of the accident. Furthermore, by storing all activities occurring through-out the lines, the feeder RTU enables an analysis of the causes of the accidents, including the monitoring and remote control.
